Alanya University Turkish Department of Architecture was opened within the Faculty of Architecture in the 2018-2019 academic year. In our department, every opportunity is provided for students to have a creative, researcher, and innovative thinking system that can adapt to the dynamics of the age at the national and international levels. Our Department of Architecture aims to reveal “creativity”, a goal that will never change in architectural education, in a learning environment that embraces the city and is in a relationship with the city in every sense. In order to do this, it aims to train the person to his personality. In our department, the kneading of an ethical personality with its architectural identity is prioritized, so a training method is applied to balance aesthetics and ethical morality, with the idea that the work will increase the probability of being right (creative). The language of instruction in the Turkish Architecture Program is Turkish and students are accepted to the department of architecture with the Numerical score type of the Undergraduate Placement Exam.
