The Department of Architecture at Alanya University is pleased to announce the 8th Urban Economics: Studies/Policies/Challenges Conference (ICCAUA2025). This conference will be held on the 8th and 9th of May, 2025, in Alanya, TÜRKİYE, and will offer both in-person and online participation options.
The conference will be organized under specific support and in parallel with the 8th International Conference of Contemporary Affairs in Architecture and Urbanism (ICCAUA2025). Starting this year, ICCAUA2025 will focus on providing enhanced support and integration for the Urban Economics conference, recognizing its critical importance in addressing contemporary urban challenges.

About the Conference

The Urban Economics: Studies/Policies/Challenges Conference is a platform dedicated to exploring the multifaceted dimensions of urban economics, including the development of policies, analysis of current challenges, and presentation of innovative studies in the field. This year's conference will be held alongside the ICCAUA2025, with a renewed emphasis on fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration between experts in urban studies, architecture, and economics.
With ICCAUA2025’s dedicated support, this conference aims to create a richer environment for the exchange of ideas, encourage networking among professionals, and contribute to advancing knowledge and practices in urban economics.
